How Do You Get Warranty Service?
Supporting Documents for the Application:
When the products have after-sales problems, please contact with dealers authorized by ThinkBusiness in your country/region and provide the following documents:
-Receipt of the purchase, which contains purchase date and purchase amount;
-Photo or video of the defective item;
-Photo of licensed mark or source code.
-Describe the damage that has occurred by sending an email /message to your dealer;
-The dealer submits your application documents to the ThinkBusiness after-sales maintenance center. After we confirm the acceptance, we will verify the problem within 24 hours and generate the corresponding after-sales treatment plan for you within 1 to 3 working days.
-The dealer will feedback the after-sales plan to you. After your confirming, the product will be exchanged/repaired according to the after-sales plan.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
Subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty, ThinkBusiness warrants that it will replace the products that accompanies this warranty to the extent that the Device exhibits material defects in materials or workmanship caused by ThinkBusiness. Compliance with ThinkBusiness's instructions concerning shipment and any materials that must accompany the Device is mandatory.
Who Is Entitled To The Protections Of This Warranty?
Only you, the original purchaser of the device is entitled to the protections of this warranty if you purchased your products from www.tksbiz.com or an authorized ThinkBusiness dealer. ThinkBusiness must require that you prove that you are the original purchaser of the Device by having you provide your invoice or receipt from the purchase of the Device.
How Long Does The Coverage Last?
This warranty covers claims filed with ThinkBusiness within one (1) year from the date of the original purchase of the Device. Claims filed after one (1) year from the date of purchase of the Device by you are not covered. ThinkBusiness may require that you prove the date you purchased the Device by providing an invoice or receipt that specifically lists the date of purchase of the Device.
ThinkBusiness will bear the cost of product replacement during the effective warranty period and compensate the transportation cost of returning the new machine to the dealer.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
Warranty disclaimer. The express warranty set forth in this document is in lieu of all other warranties including the implied warranties of merchantibility and fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for any defect of the device.
（1）If the product is a discontinued , ThinkBusiness will give priority to the replacement of products of the same value in the merchandise ThinkBusiness will offer the customer a refund of the purchased amount or return the amount of the corresponding product to the distributor, and the distributor will compensate you for the product;
（2）Damage caused by personal accident are not applicable;
（3）Application without accompanying required supporting documents or information as stated above (“Supporting Documents”) is not accepted;
（4）Personal care products, food and healthcare products, headsets, earphones and watches are not applicable.
In case of dispute, ThinkBusiness reserves the right for final decision.
